Nathaniel Ellis (19) of Durango, CO is a student at the University of Colorado Boulder, a member of the white supremacist organizations Patriot Front & Active Club, and the Secretary of CU Boulder’s Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter.
Identifying Nathan Ellis
Nathan was identified after CU TPUSA tagged him in a photo on Instagram, which featured photos of him fighting in a white supremacist boxing tournament with a member of the neo-Nazi gang Western Hammerskins.

Nathan first appeared on our radar as a masked figure who led a brief anti-LGBT Patriot Front demonstration outside the Arvada Public Library in June 2025.
Nathan popped up again at another Patriot Front demonstration in Utah on September 13, capitalizing on the assassination of Charlie Kirk and wearing a shirt for neo-Nazi musician Boyd Rice’s NON.
Nathan was tagged in a photo on his personal Instagram account wearing the same NON Wolfsangel shirt.

Nathan can be spotted in the official Patriot Front Charlie Kirk valor-stealing promo video based on his glasses, pants, and boots.
It is worth noting that Patriot Front never liked Charlie Kirk, in large part because TPUSA consistently kicked out hate group members (like Nathan) when their beliefs were publicized. Patriot Front advocates organizing outside conventional electoral politics, including conservative institutions like TPUSA, but with Kirk gone, neo-Nazis are attempting to profit from the anti-left sentiment stirred up by Kirk’s assassination.
Patriot Front is a white nationalist organization formed as a split from Vanguard America to stave off reputational harm after a man photographed with a Vanguard America shield drove his car through a crowd of antifascist protesters in Charlottesville, VA, killing Heather Heyer and wounding 35 others.
Patriot Front opposes democracy and seeks to eliminate non-white people, Jews, and LGBTQ people from the United States. The group’s primary activism consists of petty vandalism, such as stickering, graffiti, and wheat pasting, alongside short flash mob-style demonstrations.

Following the Charlie Kirk action, Nathan posted photos of himself competing at Frontier 25, a white supremacist boxing tournament run by the Active Club network. Active Club started as a semi-autonomous network of white supremacist fight clubs, but in recent years has been largely taken over by Patriot Front.

Nathan is seen in a boxing ring in front of a large Will2Rise logo, the organization that Rise Above Movement founder Robert Rundo created after he and other RAM members faced federal rioting charges in connection with the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville and several white supremacist rallies in Southern California. The referee is longtime Western Hammerskins member Jason Baker and close ally of Robert Rundo. This group is a notorious international neo-Nazi gang responsible for a number of white supremacist attacks, including the Wisconsin Sikh temple shooting that left six dead and four wounded.

Fellow Colorado Patriot Front member William Scott Planer served three years for vandalizing a synagogue in Colorado Springs and attacking antifascist protesters in Sacramento.

The banner Nathan Ellis hung. Unlike most advocates for Palestinian liberation, Patriot Front and similar neo-Nazi organizations often use anti-Zionism to mask their own vitriolic antisemitism.
Since Nathan enrolled at CU Boulder in 2024, the campus has been hit with numerous counts of Patriot Front and Active Club posters, graffiti, and stickers. This ended a lull in Patriot Front activity on campus after former CU student Patryck Scott Durham was exposed as a member of the hate group and subsequently transferred to the University of Wyoming.

Since Nathan enrolled at CU Boulder, Patriot Front has claimed over 100 acts of vandalism in the City of Boulder. Given the group’s small estimated size of about 10-15 across the state, it’s safe to assume that Nathan Ellis is responsible for many of them.

Nathan has been active with CU Boulder’s Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter since he was a freshman and was recently promoted to the chapter’s executive team as Secretary.
